It has just come to my attention that an individual operating out of southern California by the name of  “Ajit A. Narasimhan aka A.J.” has been producing securitization and chain of title investigative reports under my agency name. This individual operates under a possible name of “PSL” or “Pro Se Litigants” and provides paralegal type services. The reports are not only fraudulent, but they contain bad information.
