The following is a case I was retained to investigate after a foreclosure judgment was entered, upheld on appeal, and denied a review by the supreme court. All that remained was the execution of the writ and carrying out the sale.
I’m sharing this because I am asked regularly to provide success stories by many prospective clients who seek assurances to some degree that investing in my services will bear fruit. My answer remains the same; I make no guarantees or assurances in any case. Successes can (and do) happen in court, and not all judges are biased and corrupt. This success story happened because my client wanted the assurance, or peace of mind, that she had done everything in her power to defend her property, and was willing to invest to get her answer(s). Order for prelimary injuction stopping the sale “granted.” (See: Order – Signed – PPOR (1))
