   I find it strange that you could up until a couple of days ago go into Nash vs Bank of America by Merger and get the Final Judgment in PDF format. Maybe I am crazy but I have tried pulling it up 3 times already and the PDF is gone. Bank of America just filed a Substitute Deed of Trust signed by a Kenny Shirey who is a auctioneer. My Deed of Trust and Promissory Note is America’s Wholesale Lender A Corporation under New York Law 4500 Park Granada, Calabasas CA 93602. No DBA just America’s Wholesale Lender. MERS conveyed the property by Assignment of Deed of Trust 4 years 10 Months after Pool CWABS 2007-2 closed. I am just sick. I should be thrown out of my house any day now.
