As I finished up a long day at the office and was signing off on another formal investigation, I realized that I had just reached number 700. I had to pause for a moment and lean back in my chair (feeling a bit like Derek Jeter.) I just felt the urge to say….. I’m very grateful to all of my clients for having put their faith and trust in me over these past few years. A short time ago, I couldn’t have imagined that I would be specializing in this field of fraud as a private investigator. And though it has been difficult to hear and see all of the tragedy this foreclosure fraud epidemic has caused on such a mass scale, you (my clients) have taught me, and inspired me, so much along the way. Thank you so much!
Bill, you did a terrific job in my case by providing me with documented facts that are unavailable to me. However, I may need to present the facts so that the court will admit them into evidence or your work will go down as “hearsay.” What can I do to present excerpts to the court validated by you?
