The documents offered for sale are sold as investigatory reports and technical assistance for the use of legal professionals. The documents and forms are provided as work product for an attorney or pro per litigant. Our documents are not intended for use by others. Any member of the public who chooses to purchase our documents is advised to consult with an attorney regarding their use in a foreclosure proceeding.

BPIA cannot and does not predict the litigation outcome if its work product is used. Each document is an original piece of work based upon extensive investigation and research. BPIA makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, concerning the efficacy of its work product or the outcome resulting from its use in litigation.

Any member of the public who purchases document and elects to file it pro se in a foreclosure proceeding does so against the explicit advice of BPIA. Any filing or use of a BPIA document shall not constitute an appearance by BPIA on behalf of the purchaser. There is no attorney client relationship between BPIA and a purchaser. BPIA is not providing legal advice and does not and will not represent a client. BPIA and its associates are not members of the bar and do not hold themselves out to be a member of the bar or to provide legal advice. Legal advice should only be given by an attorney who is licensed to practice in the jurisdiction where legal advice is being given. BPIA does not engage in modification consulting, nor does BPIA offer any sort of modification services.

Licensing Agreement:

The Purchaser agrees to treat all documents purchased from BPIA as the property of BPIA. A Purchaser who is an attorney is licensed and otherwise authorized to exclusively use a purchased document to represent a client. A Purchaser who is not an attorney is authorized to provide the document to an attorney who may use it to represent the Purchaser. The Purchaser shall not publish, transmit or otherwise disseminate motions purchased, in whole or in part, to anyone except to defend a client against foreclosure or negotiate an alternate dispute resolution on behalf of a client. So long as Purchaser shall comply with this Agreement, the vendor will not cancel Purchaser’s continuing right to use the motions purchased.



  1. By using BPIA products you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms, please do not access and/or use BPIA’s internet websites.
  2. BPIA may change these terms at any time by posting changes online in this page. We may also announce that changes have been made via the blog. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by BPIA. Your continued use of BPIA products after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.
  3. If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
  4. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon.


  1. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public or other enterprise, or otherwise use BPIA products content in any way except for the representation of the client in a legal proceeding or to negotiate an alternate dispute resolution to foreclosure . You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any BPIA products content except where explicit permission is given by BPIA. Any other use of BPIA products content requires the prior written permission of and licensing by BPIA
  2. You agree to use BPIA products only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of BPIA’s internet websites.
  3. BPIA reserves the right to remove any users’ information from the BPIA products databases at any time without notice if we feel these Terms & Conditions have been violated.
  4. If you upload any data to BPIA products you must take all reasonable steps to ensure the data is accurate and you have the legal right to upload it.

Information about website visits

  1. We may collect information about your computer and your visits to this website such as your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and number of page views. We may use this information in the administration of this website, to improve the website’s usability, and for marketing purposes.

Security of your Personal Data
